RETURNS
If for any reason our products fail to perform satisfactorily within 12 months of purchase, you will be offered the choice of a refund or a replacement product. Any unused product may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. We do ask that any unused product be returned in its original packaging. PRICES, PAYMENT and TITLE
Goods remain the property of Dangerous Goods Safety Group (UK) Ltd until payment is received in full.

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and exclude VAT.

Payment must be made by credit/debit card online at the time of ordering by Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Electron, or American Express.

Card details will not be used for any purpose other than payment for the current transaction.

Your payment details will be encrypted to ensure the secure transfer of data.

Dangerous Goods Safety Group (UK) Ltd does not handle or view any credit card transactions. These are handled by a third party service and redirected to their service from this website. We will take all reasonable care to keep the details of your order secure but in the absence of negligence on our part we will not be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to this information.

DELIVERY CHARGE
The delivery charge is the set standard amount as shown within the checkout process, regardless of the size of the order. At present we can only accept orders for delivery within the UK Mainland.
DELIVERY: Normally any orders received before 13:00pm on a working day will be dispatched that day for delivery on the next working day.

GUARANTEE
These guarantees apply to UK only and are in addition to your statutory consumer rights.

We make every effort to have stock available for all products illustrated on this web site. However, products may be withdrawn at any time for a variety of reasons. If for any reason we are unable to deliver the products you order we will refund you the full value of any such product.
